I made a #smoothie:

Green Apple šŸ red Apple šŸŽ kale šŸ„¬ almond milk šŸ„› banana šŸŒ cherry šŸ’ orange šŸŠ

I know, weird #mixture right? Sometimes I just grab whatever was laying around.

It came out pretty well.

One huge #greenjuice a every morning, coffee (today was almond joy from @rebarjuicestillery), one really large #salad, and a large smoothie spaced out in mason jars throughout the day. Oats and fresh fruit at night. Nothing after 7pm.

My skins looking great. Iā€™m consuming way more vegetables than what I used to cause Iā€™m blending those babies up. I feel awesome. I have lots of energy. (As long as Iā€™m in bed by 10pm!)

Every day it changes. Some days my meal is from @callies.kitchen.

I am still on the track of eating to #nourish my #body. No longer eating for #boredom or just #enjoyment! Iā€™m learning I can eat healthy and #enjoy it too!
