Yoga can be practiced in many different ways including breath control, simple meditation, and asana (body postures) that are practiced for health and relaxation. Yoga is a way to exercise our body, our breath, and our minds all at the same time. It can also be a moving meditation.

Yoga focuses on bringing or uniting together the mind, body, and spirit. Yoga is also an ancient science the helps us to develop flexibility and strength in our bodies and happiness and peace in our minds.

Maintaining a regular yoga practice can provide physical and mental health benefits.

Private Lessons

Many individuals may find that private lessons may be a more appropriate fit for their lifestyle. Private lessons can bring about improvements to one’s mental and physical health while helping to achieve personal yoga accomplishments.

Private lessons can also bring you deeper into yogic philosophies such as the eight limbs of yoga or even the Kleshas (5 obstacles that lead to unhappiness).

Private yoga lessons offer students the ability to focus on personal interests and concerns.

Instead of following along with the yoga instructor in a class setting, a private lesson allows for an individual to set specific ideals and plans, such as goals for personal development, strength training and/or meditation.

Private lessons also include time and space to learn more about the written teachings of yoga and a path to learning deeper meditations such as pranayama or a yoga nidra.

Private yoga sessions are made by appointment only.

Private Yoga sessions prices vary depending on travel distance and time of day. Private sessions start at $65.00 per hour. Prices vary from in person to Online sessions.
