Sometimes we might find it difficult to find balance in different aspects of our life. Finding the balance between work, family, friends, and time for ourselves can seem like a juggling act.

Take a step back, reflect, which part are you missing out on?

Why not dedicate just one hour of your day doing the thing you love most, rolling out your yoga mat, focusing on yourself, or finding a sacred self care ritual that brings you to exploring the best parts of yourself. Doing more of what you love will be reflected in other parts of your life and you’ll simply be happier.

Private Yoga Sessions

Many individuals may find that private lessons may be a more appropriate fit for their lifestyle. Private lessons can bring about improvements to one’s mental and physical health while helping to achieve personal yoga accomplishments.

Private yoga lessons offer students the ability to focus on personal interests and concerns. Instead of following along with the yoga instructor in a class setting, a private lesson allows for an individual to set specific ideals and plans, such as goals for personal development, strength training and/or meditation. Private lessons also includes time and space to learn more about the written teachings of yoga and a path to learning deeper meditations such as a yoga nidra.

Private Yoga sessions start at $45.00 per hour. $160.00 for a pack of 4.

Group Yoga Sessions (workout, birthday, bachelorette parties, and weddings) – starting at a party of 2 is $30.00 per person, party of 3 or more is $20.00 per person.
