Reiki is a hands-on energy healing practice that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. Rooted in the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage, it is a structured method of working with subtle life energy through gentle, intentional touch. The practice supports the body’s natural capacity to regulate, restore, and rebalance itself.
At its essence, Reiki is a disciplined cultivation of presence. Rather than imposing change, it creates the conditions for coherence to emerge from within. As the nervous system settles and subtle awareness deepens, the body reorganizes toward balance and integration. In my practice, Reiki is grounded and embodied — inviting a return to the body while opening access to deeper layers of consciousness.
Reiki supports relaxation, recovery from stress, and regulation of the nervous system. Many experience improved sleep, emotional ease, and a renewed sense of inner stability. As the body feels safe, deeper material may surface gently — allowing integration of held stress, emotional wounds, and fragmented aspects of the self.
Beyond relaxation, Reiki can facilitate profound psychological and spiritual transformation. When practiced within a grounded container, subtle energy work becomes a pathway to coherence at the level of consciousness — restoring clarity, agency, and embodied presence.
