My work is devoted to creating spaces where healing, self-awareness, and deeper consciousness can emerge through embodied experience.
I am a vocal music therapist, Reiki practitioner and teacher, facilitator, and interdisciplinary practitioner working at the intersection of psychology, creative arts, somatic awareness, and spiritual practice. My approach integrates music and voice work, trauma-informed therapeutic understanding, nervous system regulation, and lineage-based Reiki practice to support processes of healing, integration, and transformation.
Trained in both classical voice and music therapy, my work has evolved through years of exploring the human voice not only as an artistic instrument, but as a pathway toward presence, emotional release, relational connection, and reconnection with the deeper self. Alongside this, my Reiki practice is rooted in the traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage, offering a grounded and spiritually informed approach to energy healing and self-development.
Over the past 15 years, I have worked internationally across therapeutic, educational, corporate, and community settings — facilitating workshops, retreats, and healing spaces that invite people to return to themselves with greater safety, clarity, and wholeness.
At the heart of Sacred Self is a simple intention: to support people in reconnecting with the wisdom already within them.
Voice-based somatic practice for nervous system regulation and trauma integration. Through embodied sound and guided experiential processes, fragmented aspects of the self reconnect and expressive coherence is restored.
Lineage-rooted Reiki practice supporting embodied healing and deepened awareness. Grounded in presence and subtle energetic work, this pathway facilitates integration at both psychological and consciousness levels.
Immersive spaces integrating voice, creative arts, and spiritual practice. Designed for depth and restoration, these retreats create the conditions for regulation, integration, and lived awakening within a supportive collective field.
Trauma-informed facilitation for organizations and communities seeking clarity, resilience, and coherent leadership. Translating embodied principles into practical frameworks, this work strengthens individuals and systems from the inside out.
